City roast. This natural processed Ethiopian coffee is from the Sidamo region and is very different than our normal Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. This coffee has tons of blueberry tones and a wonderful full mouthfeel without being overpowering. This coffee was our featured espresso for end of Feb / early March 2020 and it’s a really beautiful coffee. Well balanced and fruity without being too sweet.
