Vienna/FC: This dark roast is lush and earthy. The full richness of certain Ethiopian beans are best realized when roasted on the darker side. While there are notes of passion fruit and citrus, you will also taste and smell more chocolate and caramel flavors in this cup.

Yirgacheffe is a town in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia, and the exotic coffees from this region will surprise you with their floral and tangerine notes while remaining true to the full Ethiopian dark roasted flavor.
