Product Description
Full City Roast - This coffee is roasted to a medium level that helps to enhance the Brazilian bean's creamy body and grape highlights.
Brazil Caconde - These beans were grown between the cities of Mococa and Caconde which are located between Sao Paulo and Minas Gerais. This region is located in the hillside west of the mountain range of the Mantiqueira and is called Mogiana de Montanha.
This coffee is selectively harvested and picked by hand by the Emilson family. The farm uses environmentally friendly methods throughout its operation and is currently in its second year of transition to becoming a Certified Organic farm in 2009.
