- Shipping & Delivery
- We try and give our customers as much flexibility as possible so can ship using UPS, Fed-Ex and the US Postal Service. We have the ability to track shipments with all three providers. There are several options for each provider and cost will vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.
- Privacy & Security
- Fretboard Coffee does NOT sell, trade or share any customer information or customer email addresses with anyone... EVER. Our ordering system is safe and secure and customer information is only used to fulfill orders.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Customers can place orders for fresh roasted coffee beans by using the cart on this website. We accept Credit Cards, Debit Card and Paypal. During the Checkout process customers need to select Paypal even if payment with a credit card is intended. The last step of the confirmation process allows the entry of Credit Card info. From time to time we will be running promotions. During the checkout process you will be prompted for a coupon code which will entitle that particular promotion.
